AGL Connect Docs

AGL Connect is an MCP connector. Members raise hands. A hand is an offer or a want. A SaaS founder wants a fractional CMO. A growth operator offers it. A founder wants a buyer. An investor offers capital. You ask your assistant. It posts your hand, ranks the other side, and queues an intro for Henry to approve.

What it does

4 steps.

  1. You raise a hand: offer or want, 1 category, 1 headline.
  2. The connector ranks open hands on the other side by segment, keyword overlap, and recency.
  3. You pick 1. The connector drafts a 4-line intro and queues it.
  4. Henry reads it. If both sides fit, he sends it. You hear back by email.

Categories: capital, growth, customers, talent, vendor, partner, advice, acquisition. Capital and acquisition hands go to the IQ Deal Flow desk. The rest go to Agile Growth Labs.

How to install it

You install AGL Connect by URL. The URL is the same in every client.

In Claude

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Click "Add custom connector."
  3. Paste the URL above.
  4. Sign in with your email code.
  5. Ask Claude to raise a hand.

In ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings, then Apps and Connectors.
  2. Click "Add MCP server."
  3. Paste the URL above.
  4. Sign in with your email code.

In any other MCP client

If the client can add a Streamable HTTP MCP server by URL with OAuth, paste the URL above and sign in.

Sign in

No password. No Google or Microsoft account needed.

  1. Your assistant opens the AGL Connect sign-in page.
  2. Enter your work email.
  3. We email you a 6-digit code.
  4. Enter the code. Done. The session lasts 24 hours and refreshes on its own for 30 days.

The 7 tools

  1. raise_hand writes 1 row Post what you offer or what you want. Side, category, 1 line headline, a few details, segment.
  2. find_matches read only Rank open hands on the other side. Returns company, headline, segment, fit score, and why. Never an email.
  3. request_intro writes 1 row Ask for an intro to a match. Drafts a 4-line note. Henry approves and sends. Nothing goes out on its own.
  4. request_feelers writes rows When the pool is thin, stage short feeler notes. Pool first. Then people your assistant found on the public web. Drafts only.
  5. my_hands read only Your record, your hands, your intro request status.
  6. withdraw_hand writes 1 row Close a hand so it stops matching.
  7. delete_my_data deletes Remove your record and everything tied to it. Cannot be undone.

3 example prompts

Prompt 1: SaaS founder wants a fractional CMO

I run a B2B SaaS at 2M ARR. Growth has been flat for 90 days. Use AGL Connect to raise a want hand for a fractional CMO who has run SaaS demand gen, then show me the top 3 matches.

Prompt 2: Growth operator offers help

I am a fractional CMO. I work with B2B SaaS teams between 1M and 10M ARR. Use AGL Connect to raise a public offer hand so founders can find me, then tell me how many open wants match.

Prompt 3: Founder wants a buyer

I own a vertical SaaS doing 1.5M ARR and I want to sell in the next 12 months. Use AGL Connect to raise a want hand under acquisition. If fewer than 3 matches come back, search the web for 5 likely buyers and stage feelers.

After the match

The match call does not introduce you. It ranks. To connect, ask for an intro. Henry approves every one. If he sends it, both sides get 1 short email. If he does not, nothing goes out. Your email is never shown to the other side until Henry sends the intro.

Limits and rate

find_matches: 60 per hour.
raise_hand: 20 per day.
request_intro: 10 per day.
request_feelers: 5 per day, up to 10 feelers each.

Errors

  1. -32001 unauthenticated. Sign in again.
  2. -32004 rate limited. Wait retry_after seconds.
  3. -32602 invalid params. Fix the input to match the schema.
  4. -32000 server error. Try again. If it persists, email support.
