AGL Connect Terms of Service

These are the terms for AGL Connect. If you install this connector, sign in, or raise a hand, you agree to what is written here. Read it. If anything is unclear, email support@agilegrowthlabs.com and a person will answer.

Who is offering this service

AGL Connect is operated by Agile Growth Labs. Henry Kraus is the operator on record.

Who can use it

  1. You must be at least 18.
  2. You must sign in as yourself.
  3. You must have a real business use. This is a pool of consenting operators. It is not a lead-scraping tool.
  4. You must use a working email at the domain you claim to represent.

If any of the 4 fail, do not use AGL Connect. If we learn that any of the 4 fail after the fact, we remove your hands and end your access.

What AGL Connect actually does

AGL Connect exposes 7 tools to your AI assistant.

  1. raise_hand writes 1 row Post what you offer or what you want. Side, category, 1 line headline, a few details, segment.
  2. find_matches read only Rank open hands on the other side. Returns company, headline, segment, fit score, and why. Never an email.
  3. request_intro writes 1 row Ask for an intro to a match. Drafts a 4-line note. Henry approves and sends. Nothing goes out on its own.
  4. request_feelers writes rows When the pool is thin, stage short feeler notes. Pool first. Then people your assistant found on the public web. Drafts only.
  5. my_hands read only Your record, your hands, your intro request status.
  6. withdraw_hand writes 1 row Close a hand so it stops matching.
  7. delete_my_data deletes Remove your record and everything tied to it. Cannot be undone.

We are not an escrow. We are not a broker. We do not vet members beyond their consent to be listed. Any deal you enter with another party you met through AGL Connect is between you and that party.

What you agree not to do

  1. No scraping. The rate limits (60 reads per hour, 20 hands per day, 10 intro requests per day, 5 feeler batches per day) are the cap.
  2. No fake hands. Do not claim results you did not produce or a company you do not represent.
  3. No spam. If Henry sends you an intro, reach out with care. Do not add the other person to a bulk list.
  4. No harassment. If someone asks you to stop, stop.
  5. No reselling access.
  6. No malicious use. Do not try to inject, poison, or attack the connector or other members' hands.

Any of the above is grounds for immediate removal.

Your content

The hands you raise belong to you. You give AGL Connect a limited, revocable license to store them and show them to other members when they run a match. If you set a hand to public, you also let us show it on our public pages. The license ends when you withdraw the hand or delete your data.

Our service

We try to keep AGL Connect running. We do not promise uptime. We may add or retire tools. If we retire a tool you rely on, we give 30 days notice by email where possible.

Fees

AGL Connect v1 is free. If we add paid tiers later, we notify every member by email before the change and give 30 days to decide.

No warranty

AGL Connect is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any match or intro will produce a reply, a call, or a deal. A verified email confirms an inbox. It does not confirm truthfulness.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Agile Growth Labs's total liability to you for any claim arising from AGL Connect is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. For v1, that amount is 0. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

If someone sues Agile Growth Labs because of what you posted or how you contacted a match, you cover the cost.

Termination

You can end your use any time with delete_my_data or by email. We can end your access any time if you violate these terms.

Confidentiality of match content

Other members' hands are visible to you only when a match ranks them. Treat that content as their business information. Do not repost it outside your organization without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are in the EU or the UK, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply.
